Intentionally misled and deceived “A” and his legal representative by altering the payment price and other elements of various draft contracts and other documents and forwarding them to “A”s legal representatives, fraudulently representing them to be the genuine draft contracts or other documents sent to the Solicitor by the solicitors for the liquidators, or sent by the Solicitor to those solicitors.</p><p>3. Knowingly and fraudulently made false representations to “A” and his legal representative with the intention that “A” would rely upon those representations as to the payment price in, and other elements of, the contracts, between the Solicitor’s client and various companies associated with his client and the liquidators of a group of Companies.</p> |
