3. After the conclusion of the suspension of the lawyer's practising certificate, he be issued with a practising certificate. Such issuance being conditional on the following conditions:

(ii) The lawyer must be supervised by an Australian lawyer, approved by the Council, who holds a practising certificate which authorises the holder to supervise the work of others; and
