Suspension of Practising Certificate
Victor Beger's practising certificate was suspended on 1 July 2013. Mr Berger appealed against his suspension to the NSW Supreme Court and then to the Court of Appeal. Mr Berger then withdrew his appeal. The Court refused leave to apply for an extension of the stay of the suspension, which expired at 5pm on 8 October 2013.
