<p>On 1 November 2001 the Bar Council of The New South Wales Bar Association resolved, pursuant to sec 38FC of the Legal Profession Act 1987, to cancel the practising certificate of Robert William Cameron, effective from midnight on Saturday 1 December 2001. Robert William Cameron appealed against the decision. On 11 December 2002 Cripps AJ dismissed the appeal and ordered that Cameron's practising certificate continue in force and effect only until midnight on 31 December 2002 subject to Cameron's right to practise being restricted to completion of existing and uncompleted chamber work only in matters details of which have been provided by 4.00 pm on 11 December 2002.</p>
