<p class="ql-align-justify">The solicitor, as principal of a law practice:</p><ol><li class="ql-align-justify">Caused a deficiency in the trust account by withdrawing trust money for payment of legal costs without complying with legislative requirements</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Mixed trust money with other money in breach of section 146 of the <em>Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)</em></li><li class="ql-align-justify">Failed to adequately supervise an employed solicitor</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Failed to comply with legislative requirements in the handling of a client’s matters, namely non-compliant tax invoices and failure to keep separate trust ledger accounts.</li></ol>
