| Disciplinary Action: | Cancellation of Practising Certificate pursuant to sections76(b) and 92(2)(b) of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) on the ground that the solicitor is not a fit and proper person to be the holder of an Australian Practising Certificate; and section 94 of the Uniform Law.
